Nichi Green teaches Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga at her studio The Yoga Space in Leeds, West Yorkshire which she established in 2004. A general love of Yoga and being able to get creative off and on her mat inspires her Vinyasa Flow practice and teaching. All of her flow classes incorporate music, chanting and philosophy. She believes that Yoga is a living process and the heart of it lies in learning and exploring. You can find more information at www.theyogaspace.co.uk
