Friday evening - 'Deep Flow' (Suitable for students of all levels) A slow, meditative practice focusing deeply on the breath and finishing with a guided meditation. Ideal for a friday evening wind down after a busy week and a gentle introduction to Vinyasa Flow yoga which focuses strongly on breath and our own internal rhythm. The only prerequisite is that you breathe deep, listen and let go |
Saturday Morning - 'Kick Your Asana' (Improvers through to advanced students) Strong, dynamic and energising this workshop will be fast paced and challenging. Incorporating lively music, backbending and balancing prepare to discover new places in this fun and invigorating workshop. |
Saturday Afternoon - 'Vinysana Karma - The Art of Sequencing' (Suitable for Students with at least 6 months plus of Yoga practice) How to link postures and build a creative and intuitive practice. This workshop will incorporate some small group work to develop sequences and discover a new way of getting on your mat. |
Sundy Morning - 'Going with the flow' (Suitable for Improvers through to Advanced) Establishing a strong connection to our breath and our energetic flow is essential for a solid, nourishing Yoga practice. Reflecting on what we have shared over the weekend this workshop will incorporate some of our sequencing in another dynamic practice and end with Pranayama and Meditation. |
| Nichi Green teaches Ashtanga, Hatha and Vinyasa Flow Yoga at her studio The Yoga Space in Leeds, West Yorkshire which she established in 2004. A general love of Yoga and being able to get creative off and on her mat inspires her Vinyasa Flow practice and teaching. All of her flow classes incorporate music, chanting and philosophy.
