Carvoeiro in 2010 was such a success I took another group back this year.This time I was fortunate to be joined by my two great friends and mentors, Sean O'Tuathalain & Michael McCann

The first 'Yoga in the Park' was held in St. Columm's Park in July 2009.
It was organised to raise money for the Northland Centre and is now an annual event.

In March 2010 I took a group to Carvoeiro, Portugal. It was the largest group I've taken on a trip yet and I was fortunate to be joined by my yoga teacher, Sean O'Tuathalain.
